That way, we can inspect your fence, tighten what needs tightening, and handle any warranty work automatically.

In Texas, there is no state license specifically required for fence contractors. That often surprises homeowners, but it’s simply how the state regulates the trade.
While Texas does not issue a fence contractor license, Paragon Fence & Outdoor is properly insured and registered to request permits from the City of Austin when a project requires one. If your fence or retaining wall project triggers permitting, we handle that process directly.
If you ever have questions about insurance coverage, permitting, or requirements for your specific project, we’re happy to walk you through it. Transparency matters — especially when someone is working on your property.

Paragon is one of only a couple fence contractors in the area listed with the American Fence Association as being certified in gate automation. That means we’ve completed training and testing to install your gate safely and correctly.
We have also completed training in segmented retaining walls and concrete paver installation with the Concrete, Masonry, & Hardscapes Association.
